Special Orders

If you wish to add a special doll to your collection and we do not have it in our inventory, we can special order it in for you, depending upon it's availability from the artist, for a small deposit. Deposit will be between 15% and 30% depending upon the doll wanted. A custom layaway plan can be arranged at the time of ordering.
 

Once the doll has been ordered from the Artist, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
 

Layaways

We offer customized layaways on dolls. The time frame for a layaway will be dependent upon the cost of the doll and it's availability. Payments can be made monthly via credit card or Paypal. Monthly payment amount will be dependent upon cost of the doll and can be taken by Artistsdolls monthly from the established credit card without referal to the Buyer.
 

Failure to make monthly payments on time or cancellation of your doll on layaway could result in a forfeit of any  money paid to date and the loss of your doll.
 

Returns

You must be happy with your doll purchase; dolls are special to us and made to be enjoyed. If your doll is not exactly as was described to you, or different from any photograph supplied prior to your purchase * or it is damaged in any way, you may call for a return authorization within 5 days after receiving your purchase.
 

NO articles will be accepted without prior written return authorization from Simply Picture This Inc.
 

You will be issued a refund or store credit less the original shipping cost when the doll is received in its original condition. No returns, refunds or exchanges on special order items or on purchase made by extended layaway. Exchanges or credits may be available on certain sale or short layaway purchases.
 

* All returns not related to shipping damage will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
