The pre-order deposit per doll is $100.00 and is due when pre-ordering. The deposit is refunded if we cannot confirm your doll for you after we receive confirmations from Annette Himstedt. Upon receipt of confirmation by the factory a further $100.00 is payable. THE DEPOSIT IS NOT REFUNDABLE FOR ANY OTHER REASON. We will not accept changes to orders after submission of orders to Annette Himstedt or after confirmations are received. Orders are not cancelable once confirmed.
